Application and Indemnity

By booking your child into the Kids Pupil Free Day July 2025, you are accepting the following:
• I provide permission for my child to participate fully in all children’s activities associated with Lane Cove and Mowbray Anglican Churches on Monday 21st July 2025.
• While every precaution shall be taken to ensure the good welfare and protection of my child, Lane Cove and Mowbray Anglican Churches staff members, employees, or any person acting on their behalf are hereby released from any or all liability in the event of any accident or misfortune that may occur to my child or damage or loss to their property.
• In the event of a medical emergency the Lane Cove and Mowbray Anglican Churches trained leaders will attempt to contact parents immediately. If they are unable to do so, I give permission for the leaders to secure appropriate medical treatment.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
