By purchasing a ticket to the INSIG Inc Biennial Conference, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Ticket Validity
Each ticket admits one person only and is non-transferable. Tickets must not be duplicated, resold, or reproduced for the purpose of falsifying entry.

Ticket Pricing
Tickets purchased at the INSIG Inc Member rate are strictly available to current INSIG Inc members only. Tickets may be cancelled, or additional fees may be charged, if purchased incorrectly by non-members.

No Refund Policy
Please choose carefully when purchasing your ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.

Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.

TryBooking Terms
This ticket has been created and is managed using the TryBooking platform. Purchases are also subject to TryBooking's Terms and Conditions, which can be found on their website.

Dietary Requirements
Dietary requirements must be advised in advance. If you do not notify the organiser (INSIG Inc) of any dietary needs by the specified date, we may be unable to accommodate your request.

Accessibility
If you have accessibility requirements, please contact the event organiser at least 5 days prior to the event to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.

Health and Safety
INSIG Inc reserves the right to implement health and safety measures in line with public health guidance and venue requirements. Attendees must comply with all such measures as a condition of entry.

Conduct at the Event
Attendees must behave respectfully at all times. Any person who is intoxicated, disruptive, threatening, or behaves inappropriately will be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.

Ticket Scalping
Tickets may not be resold for a price higher than the original purchase price. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and entry denied.

Photography and Filming
By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by the organiser. These materials may be used for promotional or archival purposes.

Communications
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receive event-related communications via email from the event organiser, INSIG Inc.
