*Private health rebates can be claimed on the physiotherapy appointments that are included in your ticket price. Please note full payment must be paid in full. You will then receive an itemised invoice which you can take to your Private Health Fund for claiming purposes.

Inclusions:
- All inclusions must be redeemed prior to 31st December 2025.
- 1 on 1 health coaching session with Michelle Murphy will be an online session subject to availability.
- Physiotherapy appointments will be subject to availability. Not applicable to Senior Physiotherapy staff members due to limited availability in clinic.
- Class inclusions are subject to availability.
