If accepted as a member of the 2025 State Music Camp, applicant agrees to abide by the decisions of the Committee, cooperate with staff and attend all rehearsals and Friday evening concert.

If my child successfully auditions for the 2025 State Music Camp, I agree to respect the decisions of the Committee and support the ethos of the Camp. In the case of a medical emergency, I authorise the designated First Aid officer to manage the emergency and contact me immediately.

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you insure your instrument as State Music Camp Victoria Inc, its Committee members, agents or associates are not responsible for any loss or damage.
