Terms and Conditions  −  Miniature Railway Charter 2026: Picnic Area & Train Rides

Payment is required at time of booking.
If you wish to cancel the booking, please contact the event organizer via email.
If you cancel the booking, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 will be retained.
In case of a cancellation by the Box Hill Miniature Steam Railway Society, the price paid will be fully refunded.
Additional terms for bookings made from 1.September 2025:
If a booking is cancelled 30 days or less before the event, 50% of the booking fee will be retained.
No refund for no shows.
