Terms and Conditions for Event Cancellations
1. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:
o In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the cancellation or rescheduling of the event, participants will be notified as soon as possible via the contact details provided during registration.
2. Refund Policy:
o Participants are eligible for a refund of the ticket price, minus any non-refundable transaction fees incurred during the purchase.
o Refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days] after the cancellation is announced.
3. Transfer to a New Date:
o Participants have the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled event date.
o If the new date is unsuitable, the refund option remains available as per the refund policy.
4. Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
o For participant cancellations unrelated to event cancellation, refunds or transfers may be available at the discretion of the event organizer, depending on the notice provided. [48 hours before the event.]
5. Transaction Fees:
o Any transaction fees incurred during ticket purchase are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Liability:
o The event organizer is not liable for additional expenses incurred by participants (e.g., travel or accommodation) due to event cancellation or rescheduling.
7. Agreement to Terms:
o By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
