By registering for this sacramental formation program, the parents / caregivers of the candidates are agreeing to fully participate in this program by attending all formation classes as well as mass weekly. If this committment is untenable for a family, the Sacramental Coordinator and Parish Priest will recommend an alternative option for the family such as deferment to the following year or a later time more suitable to fulfil the committment.
