BCSS SPECTACULAR - TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the BCSS Spectacular 150th Anniversary Fete, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Event Conditions
- This is a community event hosted by Brisbane Central State School P&C Association and is open to the public.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible guardian at all times. The Organisers do not accept responsibility for unsupervised children.
- This is a family-friendly event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.
- Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Individuals exhibiting such behaviour will be removed from the event by security.

Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol will be sold and served in a designated 18+ licensed area only.
- Alcohol may not be taken outside this designated consumption zone under any circumstances.
- No BYO alcohol is permitted. Bags may be checked by security upon entry.
- The event practices and promotes responsible service of alcohol. Staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
- Anyone found to be drunk, disorderly, disruptive, or in breach of these terms will be removed from the premises by event security.

Safety & Supervision
- Event security will be present at all times. They have the authority to remove any person from the event who poses a risk to safety, causes a disturbance, or fails to comply with these terms.
- Attendees must follow the directions of event staff, volunteers, and security personnel at all times.

Ticketing & Purchases
- This is a cash-free event. All purchases at the event must be made via card (EFTPOS, debit, or credit card).
- All attraction tickets are valid for one person / one turn per ticket and are non-refundable.
- Tickets are non-transferable between events and may not be resold for profit.

Photography & Promotion
- By attending this event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken and used by the Organiser for future promotional purposes.

Changes & Cancellation
- The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule or offerings without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of cancellation (e.g. due to extreme weather), best efforts will be made to notify ticket holders, but no guarantees can be made.
