Ticket Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to Bidgee Bricks 2026, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ticket Purchase and Booking
All tickets must be purchased through the official TryBooking link. Tickets are valid only for the session and date selected at the time of booking. Availability is subject to session capacity limits. Any promotional codes, discounts, or Creative Kids vouchers must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retrospectively.
2. Event Admission
Valid tickets are required for entry. Please have your ticket available for scanning upon arrival (digital or printed).
3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. No refunds will be issued for change of mind or inability to attend. Booking changes (where available) must be requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. In the unlikely event that Bidgee Bricks is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or transfer to an alternative session (if available) will be offered.
4. Participant Behaviour and Supervision
As this event is held at an RSL venue, all children and young people under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Participants are expected to treat others, displays, and event property with respect. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund.
5. Safety and Responsibility
While all reasonable care will be taken to ensure a safe environment, parents and carers are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times. The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the event.
6. Photography and Media Consent
Photos and/or video may be captured during the event for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and future event marketing. If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected at booking is used solely for event administration and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. Please refer to TryBooking's Privacy Policy for further information on data handling.
8. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to modify the event program, session times, or activities where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes where possible.
9. Accessibility
