Bidgee Bricks Ticket Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Purchase and Booking
All tickets for Bidgee Bricks 2025 - Wagga must be purchased through the official TryBooking link.

Tickets are valid only for the session and date booked.

Ticket availability is subject to capacity limits for each session.

Where applicable, the use of promotional codes, discounts, or Creative Kids vouchers must be entered at the time of booking.

2. Event Admission
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.

3. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to bookings (where available) must be requested in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event.

In the unlikely event that Bidgee Bricks is cancelled by the organiser, a full refund or transfer of booking to an alternative session (if available) will be offered.

No refunds will be given for change of mind or inability to attend.

4. Participant Behavior and Supervision
All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and event property.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful.

5. Safety and Responsibility
All reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of participants.

Parents/carers are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.

The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the event.

6. Photography and Media Consent
Photos and/or video footage may be taken during the event for promotional purposes (including social media, website, and future event advertising).

If you do not wish for yourself or your child to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival.

7. Privacy
Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for event administration and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law.

8. Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, including session times and activities, if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.


TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
