Please note that to avoid no-shows we require upfront payment for this event. Cancellation refunds are at the discretion of The Kyneton Hotel as below.

Cancellations made within 2 days or less of the event date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the event date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the event date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
