By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the event organiser and sponsors of the event in line with guidelines and privacy laws.
You also acknowledge that photos of the event maybe placed on social media and/or used to promote SWAN. If you have concerns about your photo or image being used on social media please contact the event organsier - SWSLHD-SWAN@health.nsw.gov.au.
A 50% refund will be given before the 31st December 2025 and a 25% before the 28th February 2026.
No refunds will be issued from 28th February 2026
Cancellations must be submitted in writing prior to this date, and will not be accepted over the telephone.
You will receive immediate confirmation of received written cancellations.
