I understand that coaches are not able to provide me with any form of medical advice regarding any medical conditions my child may have and that this information is used as a guideline only to the limitations of his or her exercise capabilities. HPSA Academy can refuse service to anyone who is deemed unsuitable or a risk to themselves or others. I will not hold HPSA Academy liable in any way for any injuries that may occur while training and that my child trains at my own risk. I will not hold the management team and HPSA Academy liable.
I give HPSA Academy permission to take photographs and/or videos of my child which may be used in HPSA Academy's printed and online publicity.

If you cannot make the clinic we ask for 48 hours notice for a full refund. Any cancellations after this time will incur the full fee for the clinic. If you cancel within the 48 hour period you may receive a credit for the next clinic in your town.

If you cannot make the clinic due to illness on the day we can offer you a credit for next time we are in your town.

In the event of severe rain we will relocate the clinic to an indoor venue not too far from the original scheduled venue. Please note the indoor location will still cover and provide the same service as it would on a field.
We ask that you keep an eye on our facebook page โHPSA Academyโ for updates regarding the weather or change of venue. An email will also be sent to the email you purchased your tickets through. We ask you to please be patient during this time as we confirm the new location.
In the event that a clinic time may have to change and you no longer can attend the new time. We can offer you a full refund or a credit for next time.
