TICKETING AND EVENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions set out below constitute a binding agreement between TALMOI AMATEUR PICNIC RACE CLUB INCORPORATED. (ABN 13 562 340 558) of PO Box 6, Garah, NSW 2405 (“Garah Picnic Race Club”) and the person holding or using a ticket (“Event Ticket”) to the event ‘Talmoi Picnic Races – Day & Night Function’ (“Event”) at Talmoi Racecourse, Garah (“Venue”) irrespective of whether the ticket was purchased by the person holding or using the Event Ticket.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
