Terms and Conditions for Ticket Sales for 2025 Combined Schools Concert

Terms means the terms and conditions contained in this document.
We, us, our or Groove Nation means Groove Nation Pty Ltd ACN 622 578 821, the organiser of the 2025 Combined Schools Concert (“Event”).
You or Your means the ticket purchaser.
Attendee means the ticket purchaser and/or ticket holders.
Event means the 2025 Combined Schools Concert

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket.
1. Agreement
1.1. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Groove Nation for the purchase of tickets to the 2025 Combined Schools Concert ("the Event"). Your purchase of a ticket/s constitutes your acceptance of all Terms outlined herein.
1.2. You agree to comply with all Government directions, orders and regulations relevant to attending live events at the time of the Event.
1.3. You agree to minimising risks associated with COVID-19. If at the time of the Event, you or any member of your group are feeling unwell, you agree not to attend the Event. If you do attend the Event, you agree to assume all risk associated with COVID-19.
2. Cancelation and variation of event
2.1. Groove Nation reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or vary the Event.
3. Refunds
3.1. Refunds for purchased tickets will not be provided except as outlined in this clause.
3.2 Groove Nation will provide a refund of a ticket if the Event is cancelled by us, rescheduled by us, or significantly varied by us, as required by law.
3.3. Any refunds to be provided to the Attendee in accordance with this clause will be processed within 14 days.
Liability
3.5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the cost paid for a ticket to the Event.
4. Conditions of entry
4.1. Admission to the event is subject to these terms and the venue conditions.
4.2. Attendees may be denied entry into, or removed from an event, at our discretion if the Attendee has breached any of these terms, or an attendee is intoxicated, under the influence of illicit drugs, inappropriately attired or adversely affecting the enjoyment of the Event by others.
4.3 Groove Nation reserves the right to change the position of your seat.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
