By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing
- All tickets are general admission and do not include allocated seating. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Tickets must be presented for entry either in printed form or on a mobile device.
- Entry is only valid for the date and time listed on your ticket.

2. Refunds & Transfers
Please note: Tickets are non-refundable.
- In the event you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another guest by notifying Read the Play in advance. No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Event Changes
- Read the Play reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of cancellation, we will communicate details via the contact information provided at registration.

4. Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Photography & Media
- By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and reporting purposes by Read the Play or its partners.

6. Privacy
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event communication and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with Read the Play’s privacy policy.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
