**MJDS Concerts & Events Terms and Conditions**

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets to the MJDS Mid-Year Showcase. By purchasing tickets to the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

**1. Ticket Purchase**

1.1 Tickets to the Event are sold subject to availability and to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted.

1.3 MJDS does not hold responsibility for transfer of tickets. If you wish to trasfer tickets to another MJDS Family/support, this can be done so privately through the MJDS Community FB Group.

**2. Admission**

2.1 Admission to the Event will only be granted with a valid ticket.

2.2 Entry to the Event is at the discretion of the Event organizers, and we reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any ticket holder for any reason, including but not limited to intoxication, disorderly conduct, or failure to comply with Event rules and regulations.

**3. Event Details**

3.1 The date, time, venue, lineup, and other details of the Event are subject to change at any time. We will endeavor to notify ticket holders of any changes via email.

3.2 The Event organizers shall not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or expense incurred by ticket holders as a result of any such changes.

**4. Liability**

4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense suffered or incurred by ticket holders, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss.

4.2 Ticket holders attend the Event at their own risk, and the Event organizers shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that occur within the Event premises.

**5. Code of Conduct**

5.1 All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards others at the Event in support of our MJDS Students.

**6. Photography and Recording**

6.1 Photography, filming, or recording of any kind (including but not limited to audio and video recordings) is strictly prohibited without prior authorization from the Event organizers.

6.2 MJDS holds the rights to video and photograph students at the Mid Year Showcase, with digital recordings available to be purchased.

6.3 MJDS holds the rights to take photos and videos which audience members may be in for social media online platforms.

By purchasing tickets to the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
