Participants are advised to wear flat walking shoes, as some of the paths in the cemetery are uneven, to carry water for personal consumption, a hat for protection from the sun and must be fully vaccinated and able to show proof of this.

As it is a public holiday, the cemetery office has advised that the pedestrian gates to the cemetery will be open and accessible, however vehicle access gates will be closed. Parking can be found on Reserve Road or Whitehorse Reserve and surrounds. The meeting point is outside the cemetery office. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the commencement of the tour, which will leave promptly at 10a
