BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission for entry.
2. This ticket is not transferable or refundable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.
3. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
4. Tickets are non-refundable, except in circumstances discussed below.
5. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
6. If the event is cancelled, by the Event Organiser, due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund less any booking fees, will be issued to all patrons.
7. If the event is postponed or moved to a different date, ticket holders may request a refund, less any booking fees, or transfer to the new date.
8. Ticket holders who don’t attend due to being unwell may may request with organisers to transfer the ticket to another person’s name so they can attend on their behalf.
9. Professional photographers are attending this event to capture special memories. Photos and video taken during the event may also be shared for publicity purposes by the event organisers. Please inform a staff member on entry if you do not wish your child to be filmed/photographed and we will need to place them in a location known to photographers.
Parents are welcome to film and photograph their own child but are requested to respect the privacy of others by not sharing photos of other children publicly.
10. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site, and not withstanding the above terms and conditions, is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.com
11. As the Event Organiser hosting this event, High Kix Pty Ltd is solely responsible for all issues relating to the sale of tickets. If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact Kym Degenhart on info@bomfunk.com.au
12. There will be no refunds to latecomers.
13. Any persons who are noisy, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
14. Children under 18 must attend with a paid supervising adult. Children must be supervised during the show - please encourage your child to stay on their star position and stand to the side and only step in if your child needs assistance so as not to block the view for other children.
15. Kix Arts Productions provides lookalike characters only. We do not represent any licensed characters and our Fairytale Friends are not affiliated with any theme park or company. It is not our intention to violate any copyright laws. Any resemblance you may see is simply incidental.
16. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
17. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt. All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST.
18. A transaction fee will apply to your ticket purchase. You will be notified of the applicable fee at the checkout.
19. Food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue but may be consumed in the Foyer area.
20. Merchandise can include small parts and are recommended for supervised play only.
21. Princesses and Fairytale Friends may need to swap around and no particular Princess is guaranteed.
22. The activities provided are for children only. Adults may be included in a family photo.
VOLUNTARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. You enter the Venue at your own risk.
2. You understand that attendance at any event and/or the Venue may carry with it certain dangers, including the risk of injury and damage to you or your property.
3. By attending the event and/or the Venue, you accept the risk of damage and loss (including property damage, personal injury, economic and consequential loss) howsoever arising (including by negligence) at the Venue. This includes damage or loss caused by the acts or omissions of other ticketholders, visitors, guests, and the employees of the Venue and the organiser.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the venue and organiser are not liable to you for any loss, damage, injury, delays, additional expenses or inconvenience arising as a result of your attendance or non-attendance at the Venue and/or the event. Where liability cannot be excluded or modified by law, including pursuant to the Australian Consumer Law, the liability of the venue and organiser is limited to the minimum permitted by law.
