Terms and Conditions  −  Mulgoa Valley Physie 2025 Interclub

By entering or attending the Mulgoa Valley Physie 2025 Interclub competition, all competitors, teachers, parents/guardians, spectators, and associated persons agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility & Registration
*All competitors must be current registered members of EP Physie.
*Entries must be submitted via the official link on our website and paid in full by the closing date.
*Late entries may not be accepted.
*Age divisions are determined by the competitor’s age as determined by EP Physie rules.

2. Refund Policy
*Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
*Refunds will not be given for non-attendance or change of mind. In the event that MVP is forced to cancel the event, refunds will be provided less booking fees & credit card fees.

3. Competition Conduct
*All competitors must follow the rules and guidelines as set out by EP Physie.
*Teachers, parents, and competitors must behave respectfully and in the spirit of fair competition at all times.
*Any unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification or removal from the venue.

4. Attire & Presentation
*All competitors must wear the correct EP Physie leotard or approved uniform for their age group.
*Hair should be neatly styled in accordance with EP Physie guidelines.
*No jewellery (including watches) is to be worn on the competition floor.

5. Music & Timing
*All routines will be performed to official EP Physie music.
*Competitors must be ready when called.

6. Spectator & Photography Policy
*Spectators must remain in designated viewing areas at all times.
*No unauthorised photography or video recording is permitted inside the venue.
*Official event photographers or videographers may be present, and images may be used for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to this.

7. Live Streaming
*This event may be live streamed for the benefit of those unable to attend in person. Attendance at the event constitutes consent to be filmed and included in the live stream.

8. Judging
*All judging is conducted by accredited EP Physie judges and is final.
*No correspondence, discussion, or challenges regarding results will be entered into.

9. Health & Safety
*All competitors participate at their own risk. EP Physie and the event organisers accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
*A qualified first aid officer will be on site during the event.
*If a competitor feels unwell or injured, they should notify an official immediately.

10. Event Management
*The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the competition schedule, venue, or format if required.
*Any changes will be communicated via email and/or the MVP website.
