Dietary Requirements
Please note that due to the nature of the event, which features a buffet, we are unable to cater to specific dietary requirements. Guests with dietary restrictions are advised to consider this before purchasing tickets.

Menu & Seafood Availability
The buffet menu is subject to change based on ingredient availability on the day. There may or may not be seafood options available. Refunds will not be issued based on the absence of seafood or personal dissatisfaction with the menu.

Refunds & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will be issued according to our ticketing policy.
• No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend or choose not to attend the event.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances that result in the cancellation of the event, tickets may be refunded at the discretion of the event organizers.

Children’s Pricing
Children's pricing applies to guests the age of 12 and under. Holders of children’s tickets as well as all people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult and adhere to all venue rules.

Carers & Companions tickets
All attendees, including carers and companions, must purchase a ticket to enter the Melbourne Cup event, regardless of whether they intend to dine or not. Carers tickets or complimentary entry without a ticket are not available.

Behaviour & Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
No refunds will be provided if a guest is asked to leave the event for inappropriate behavior.
