Please read these terms for the event:
Tickets:
Please remember to bring your tickets (hard copy or on your mobile) as they will be scanned at our check in area near the cafe which will open from 8pm.
Sometimes your plans change, if you need to cancel your tickets, refunds can be requested up to 48 hours prior to the event.
Checking In:
Please note there is no BYO food or alcohol allowed and bags will be checked on arrival. Food can be purchased from the Cafe or you can pre order a grazing box to eat on the night. You will be provided a wristband once checked in - this wristband must be worn whilst attending this event. Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave.
This is an 18+ event only. No minors are permitted to attend this event. Identification checks will be conducted of any ticketholder who appears to be under the age of 25 years old.
You will be limited to 4 drinks in one purchase from the bar.
Please note: These restrictions are are in line with our Liquor Licensing requirements.
Buses on the night:
If you would like to order the courtesy bus on the night please book by calling reception on 03 5481 3333.
To help get people to and from the event we will run a FREE bus which will loop throughout the night, picking up and dropping off.
RV CAMPING
Bookings for one night only and you must be attending our Light the Sky Festival
Bookings essential to access this area - One ticket per vehicle.
Arrival time from 11am 31st December and you will be required to depart by 11am 1st January 2026
This area will be marshalled and you will be required to show your ticket on entry to the area. Access to this area will be closed at 6pm.
You must display your ticket on your dash whilst parked in the RV area.
RV must be self -contained
Free access to dump station
No pets allowed on-site
