CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING - RISK WARNING
Skating, inline skating, roller skating and other wheeled activities are inherently dangerous activities which carry risks even if you are being careful and following instructions. Accidental falls and collisions occur often and they can result in loss, damage, injury or even death to you, other people and to property.
Princess on Skates Pty Ltd is not liable for any such loss, damage, injury, death or third party claims suffered by you or any other person in connection with your attendance or participation in our activities except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded under the law. You release us from for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind.
To reduce the likelihood and impact of these risks materialising, all participants are strongly encouraged to use protective gear including a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. Each person is individually responsible to take reasonable care for the safety or themselves and others including listening and following safety instructions and keeping alert to potential safety hazards and reporting any hazards immediately.
Participants with any relevant medical history which may impact their ability or safety to participate in the activities should obtain clearance from their medical practitioner prior to participating.
The skate instructor has sole discretion to remove any person in their absolute discretion.
Princess on Skates Pty Ltd is authorised to seek emergency medical treatment on your behalf if necessary and you will be responsible for any costs such as ambulance fees. First aid may also be rendered where necessary.
By participating in our activities, you consent to us capturing and using photographs and videos of you for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us before participating.
By taking part in the activities, you are verifying to us that you understand the risks involved and have voluntarily assumed those risks for yourself, or in the case that you are signing this as the parent or guardian of a child participant, for that child. You are also agreeing to release and indemnify us to the fullest extent of the law for any of the above risks which materialise. You understand that your trustees, executors and successors are also bound by this waiver and release.
The laws of Victoria, Australia apply to this agreement.

Images and video are regularly captured at our events and classes.
If you do not wish to be photographed please inform us before the event.
SMOKE MACHINE & STROBE LIGHTS
Please be advised that this event may feature the use of smoke machines and strobe lights as part of the entertainment.
If you have sensitivities to flashing lights, smoke effects, or related conditions, please take this into consideration when attending.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations within 24 hours is non-refundable. Cancellation more than 24 hours ahead is refundable, except for the ticket fee $0.50 per ticket.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
