Rockstudios Summer Dance Camp – Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the Rockstudios Dance Camp, participants and their parent/guardian agree to the following terms:
1. Liability Disclaimer
Dance is a physically active pursuit and may involve a risk of injury. Rockstudios and its staff take every possible measure to ensure a safe, supportive, and positive environment. Participation is at the student’s own risk. Rockstudios, its staff, and affiliated parties are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss/damage of personal property that may occur during the camp.
Parents/guardians are responsible for informing Rockstudios of any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect participation. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and may opt out of any activity they feel uncomfortable with.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Rockstudios staff are not qualified to diagnose or treat medical conditions and cannot administer medication (including over-the-counter medicines). If your child requires medication during camp hours, this must be managed by a parent/guardian.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
All camp fees are due in full at the time of registration to secure a place in the program. Please note that Rockstudios maintains a no-refund policy, including in cases of change of mind, schedule conflicts, illness, or injury. No partial refunds will be issued for missed days or early departures.
However, bookings may be transferred to another child or friend if Rockstudios is notified in advance and the replacement participant meets the program’s age and participation requirements.
