➢ I wish for my child to have a group shared lesson on violin, at $35 a lesson. This includes the hire of the instrument.

➢ New students must purchase a tutorial book at a cost of approximately $30 included on the Trybooking link on the THAC events page.

➢ I agree that if the instrument on loan to my child is lost and/ or not returned to Sydney Strings Academy, or if the instrument has been damaged beyond repair, I will pay the market value replacement costs, immediately on demand.

➢ I undertake to report any loss of, or damage to, the instrument immediately to Sydney Strings Academy.

➢ I understand that any damage caused to the instrument while the instrument is under hire (including, without limitation, by a deliberate act or default on the part of my child) is my responsibility and I agree to meet the costs of such damage, immediately on demand.

➢ I understand that my child must attend their lesson every week. If they miss a lesson, the fee is not refundable due to the group lesson format.

➢ Once the agreement is signed and the payment has been made using the TryBooking Link, your child is committed to completing the two term's lessons.  Students will only be placed on the program once payment is made.  The violin and book will be distributed at the first lesson.

➢ No refund will be given for early withdrawal from the program.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
