For General Admission, please present your ticket QR code at the entrance for admission (via phone is fine).

For Pro Rides, once inside, please head to the Sign On desk in the main building. Your Pro Ride will take place within your nominated timeslot's hour (ie: 9am - 10am). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked timeslot to allow time to complete an insurance waiver and organise a helmet. Be sure to wear long-sleeve clothing (top/pants) and enclosed shoes for your ride.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Refunds are available up to 5 days before the event. No refunds will be provided within 5 days of the event unless the event is cancelled or postponed. Please email renae@driftdates.com from the email address you booked with to request a refund. We are unable to respond during an event.

The event will proceed rain or shine. For safety reasons, no dogs or other pets are allowed at the venue, except for certified service animals. Attendees must follow the instructions of event staff and security personnel at all times.

By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded by event organisers for promotional purposes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
