- All participants must sign a waiver on-site prior to entering the activation at the beginning of each session. If a waiver is not signed, you are not permitted to enter the activation gates.
-Anyone under 18 must have a guardian to sign the wavier prior to the session (so parents must come along) at the ice rink prior to the purchased session.
- Flat rate $15 per person per session time.
- Session time will run for 45 minutes.
- If children need assistance on skates, parents or guardians must purchase a ticket and wear skates to enter the activation. No access on foot will be permitted.
- Please ensure you bring your own socks along with you to wear.
- Double runners (skates) available for toddlers - your own closed in shoes must be worn with these.
- Bookings must arrive onsite prior to the booked time allocation. Please allow enough time for parking, checking in, and signing a waiver, prior to your scheduled time slot. If you are late or miss your bookings, no refund will be issued and no reschedule time will be issued.
Under certain weather conditions (lightning, hail, etc.), operators may deem the synthetic rink unsafe, inoperable, or unacceptable. This decision is made at the sole discretion of the operator. If another suitable session time cannot be arranged, a refund may be issued.
