- Refund Policy: If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 border restrictions you will be entitled to a full refund minus booking and admin fee. This will be approx $15.
- No refunds will be given for change of mind purchases; however we are happy to exchange the name on your ticket if you wish to on sell/gift it to someone else.
-If you are unable to attend due to health/compassionate reasons please contact the event manager, these will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Teachers and workshops are subject to change without notice.
- There is a total fire ban at campsites, however responsible use of stovetops is allowed. Please take care when using.
- No fire spinning at the campsites. Fire spinning may only occur at a designated fire space onsite, we will be providing fuel (no BYO).
- No public use of kitchen facilities (or storing of food in kitchen/fridges). If you have medications that need to be refrigerated, please speak to the staff when you arrive.
- There is no WIFI access and limited reception onsite, so please be aware of this before you arrive.
- As this event takes place in the Australian bush, there is a chance the site may need to be evacuated due to bushfire threats. In the case that the event is cancelled, or site needs to be evacuated by acts of nature, no refunds will be given.
