ALOHA MOVIE NIGHT – Terms & Conditions
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, 4th July 2025
Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Waroo Hall, Maleny State High School
Cost: $30 per child (includes disco party, movie, popcorn, and a poppa)
Age Group:
This is a drop-and-go event suitable for children aged 5–12 years.
Bookings:
All bookings must be made in advance via our TryBooking link. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Supervision & Safety:
Children will be supervised by qualified and experienced staff throughout the event.
All staff hold current Working with Children Checks (Blue Cards) and First Aid certification.
Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact information at the time of booking.
Arrival & Pickup:
Drop-off is at 5:30 PM and pickup is strictly by 8:30 PM.
Children must be signed in and out by a parent or authorised guardian.
Food & Drink:
A bag of popcorn and a poppa (juice box) are included in the ticket price.
Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary needs.
Additional snacks are not provided, and outside food is not necessary unless for specific dietary requirements.
Behaviour & Participation:
This is an inclusive, fun and respectful environment.
Sorelle Dance Studios reserves the right to contact parents for early pickup in the event of disruptive behaviour or illness.
Refund Policy:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Sorelle Dance Studios. In the event of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
Photography & Media:
Photos and short videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish your child to be photographed.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
