Ticket Terms & Conditions – Seasonal Dinners 2025

1. Ticket Inclusions
Each ticket includes a four-course set menu as outlined in the event description. Beverages are available at bar prices unless otherwise specified. An additional 50c ticket fee, and $2.50 processing fee applies per ticket.

2. Seating Arrangements
- Individual tickets will be seated at communal tables of 8 and may be placed alongside other guests.
- Group Table of 8 tickets reserve a private table for your selected group of guests.
- We cannot guarantee specific seating requests outside of these arrangements.

3. Age Requirement
This event is strictly for guests 15 years and older, including infants. We are unable to accommodate children under 15 at this event.

4. Dietary Requirements
All dietary needs must be submitted at the time of booking via our booking system. If you're unsure at the time of booking, please contact us via email as soon as possible at belinda@thegrubclub.com.au. Dietary requests made less than 7 days before the event may not be guaranteed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible to discuss your options.

6. Event Changes
In the unlikely event that we need to postpone or cancel, all ticket holders will be notified via email and offered an alternative date or refund.

7. Alcohol Policy
Wine and beverages will be available for purchase at bar prices. This is a licensed event; guests must be 18+ to purchase or consume alcohol. ID may be required.

8. Arrival Time
Doors open at 6:30pm. Dinner service begins promptly at 7:00pm. Late arrivals may miss one or more courses.

9. Photography & Promotion
By attending, you consent to photographs or video footage being taken for promotional use by The General Food Store.
