1. As the Event Organiser hosting Encounter: ACYF edition on Saturday, 9 August 2025, the Proclaim: Office for Mission Renewal is solely responsible for all issues relating to registration. The Event Organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event as per the permission provided. 2. Please note this is a free event.
3. The Trybooking link will close on Wednesday 6 August 2025 prior to the event.
4. This registration process has been created and managed using the Trybooking site and is also subject to the terms and conditions of Trybooking.com
5. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act
6. Each Participant must conduct themselves in a Christian manner through language, dress, and behaviour, including:
(i) behaving with common sense, politeness and cooperation;
(ii) treating everyone with respect, loyalty, patience, integrity, courtesy, dignity, and consideration;
(iii) comply with all laws and respect the values of the Catholic Church;
(iv) abide by all emergency plans and evacuation routes appropriate to each Festival Site;
(v) be responsible for their own personal property; and
(vi) take appropriate care of their safety.
7. Under 18 attendees will need to be signed in and out by a parent/guardian/youth leader/teacher.
8. Only registered attendees will be able to attend on the night. Once capacity is reached we will be unable to allow any additional tickets to be booked.
