Cancellations and Refunds Policy
Cancellations and refund requests are permitted up to 01 December 2025. To request a cancellation, please contact the event organiser in writing before this date.

After 01 December 2025, no refunds will be issued except in extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the organisers.

In such cases, refunds may only be granted if the event venue is able to refund catering and other associated costs relating to your ticket.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
