CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Refund Policy. Refunds will not made if you change your mind or if you decide to leave early or if you are unable to attend the event.

2. Right of Refusal. The Dreamfarm site is private property. The managers and the owners reserve the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person from the property, at their discretion, without needing to provide a reason.

3. Location. Dreamfarm is situated at a private location in the Huon Valley, 50 minutes from Hobart. The address will be provided to registered guests. The property is accessed via 3km of well graded unsealed road, suitable for all vehicles. The nearest services and supplies available are 20 minutes away in Huonville.

4. Registered Guests Only. Only registered retreat or event participants may attend Dreamfarm. Registrations/tickets must be arranged online in advance, there are no 'door sales' offered.

5. Children. This event is not recommended for young children, as it requires extended periods of silence during the performance.

6. Accessibility. Dreamfarm is not wheelchair accessible and not recommended for people with limited mobility. The natural environment features rough terrain. The main workshop / activity space is located up stairs.

7. Appropriate Behaviour. You are expected to be considerate and respectful of others whilst at Dreamfarm. Aggressive, hurtful, antisocial or non-consensual behaviour is unacceptable. Anyone deemed by a manager to be behaving in an unacceptable manner will be required to leave the site.

8. Breakage, Damage and Other Costs. You are responsible for any breakage or damage you cause at the venue, direct and indirect costs, fines incurred and charges from third parties arising from your actions during your visit. You agree to reimburse the managers for any losses, damage or expenses which you are responsible for.

9. Ripley the Dog. The venue manager's friendly border collie dog lives around the venue and will likely greet you upon entry. The venue is not suitable for people who are not comfortable around dogs. No other pets may be brought to the property.

10. Email Subscription. You agree to subscription to the Dreamfarm news email list. You may unsubscribe at any time.
