Tropical Soul Kids – Dance Explorers: Holiday Workshops Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a spot.
Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session if space allows.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds will be issued for cancellations or non-attendance
Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the specific workshop date. A cancellation fee of 20% of the workshop fee will apply for any cancellations made within the cancellation period.
However, the paid amount can be transferred as credit to a future workshop or class, subject to availability and at the discretion of the organizer.
Tickets are non transferable to other participants.
If a child is unable to attend due to illness, a credit may be applied for future programs (medical certificate may be required).
If Tropical Soul cancels a workshop for any reason, a full refund or credit will be provided.
3. Attendance & Supervision
Parents/guardians must sign their child in and out each day.
Children must be picked up promptly at the end of the session. A 15-minute grace period is allowed, after which a $20 late pickup fee will apply.
Our team will provide a fun and safe environment, but Tropical Soul is not responsible for personal belongings.
4. Food & Allergies
Children must bring their own morning tea and lunch.
As we may have children with allergies, nut-free food is strongly encouraged.
Parents must disclose any allergies or medical conditions upon registration.
5. Health & Safety
If a child becomes unwell during the workshop, parents/guardians will be contacted for immediate pickup.
Children with contagious illnesses must not attend.
Our instructors and staff are trained to provide a safe and supportive experience, but participation in physical activities comes with inherent risks.
6. Behavior & Participation
All children are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants.
Any child displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior may be asked to leave, with no refund provided.
Tropical Soul reserves the right to refuse participation to any child who does not adhere to the workshop rules.
7. Media & Photography
By enrolling, you consent to photos/videos of your child being taken during the workshop for promotional purposes.
If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the workshop starts.
8. Emergency Contact & Medical Treatment
Parents/guardians must provide a valid emergency contact number.
In the event of an emergency, Tropical Soul staff will take appropriate action, including calling emergency services if necessary. Any medical costs incurred will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
By booking a spot in our Holiday Workshops, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
