Refunds Policy:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to VSA via email to: madeeha.s@volleyballsa.com.au
- Approval of refunds is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Considerations May Include (but are not limited to):
- Event cancellation or significant changes initiated by VSA

Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- Change of mind after payment
- Failure to attend the event without valid justification
- Withdrawal due to scheduling conflicts or other personal commitments

Process
- If a refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
- Service/Processing Fee is non-refundable

Transfers
- In the case where refunds are not available, ticket transferred to another person may be considered.
- There will be no transfers or refunds provided to any request received after 4th November, 5:00pm (Adelaide Time).

By proceeding with the payment, participants acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
