By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
1. Ticket(s) with QR-code will be scanned for entry to the Event.
2. Please have a printed or digital copy of your ticket available at the door.
3. Proof of purchase of a valid ticket is required for entry to the Event.
4. Without proof of a valid ticket entry may be denied.
5. It is a requirement that attendees comply with all directions given under the Liquor Licence Conditions of Vibe Hotels.
6. Attendees may be requested to leave the venue for non-compliance with a direction and/ or for unruly behaviour and without recourse to a refund and/ or compensation.
Refund Policy
1. If circumstances beyond the Event Organisers control prevent the Event from proceeding, the Event may be postponed to a later date.
2. A notice of the revised date will be sent by email to your booking contact and the refund policy outlined below will apply.
3. Refunds will only be considered for requests received in writing no later than 72 hours before the start time or the revised start time of the Event.
4. Refunds may take up to 21 days to appear on your statement.
Note: TryBooking ticket fees of 50 cents per ticket are non-refundable.
