Brookfield Long Lunch – Cancellation & Event Policy
Cancellation Policy:
* If you need to cancel your table, you may do so and receive a full refund (minus ticketing and processing fees) up until 9 August 2025.
* After this date, no refunds will be issued.
* We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event for any reason. In the event of cancellation prior to the Event date, we will issue a refund (less ticketing and processing fees).

Weather Conditions:
* This is an all-weather event and will proceed unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
* No refunds will be provided if you choose not to attend due to inclement weather.

Age Requirement:
* This is a strictly 18+ event. Proof of age or a valid concession card may be requested at entry.

Beverage Policy:
* All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Long Lunch bar.
* Consumption is only permitted within the defined licensed area from 12:00pm to 10:30pm.
* No beverages may be removed from the licensed area.
* These conditions may change without notice based on licensing requirements issued by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.

Liability and Risk:
* Entry to the Event is at your own risk.
* The Organiser, Brookfield Show Society, and Brookfield Recreation Reserve Trust accept no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought to or purchased at the Event.
* To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the actions, omissions, or defaults of service providers in connection with the Event. We are also not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or additional expenses incurred by attendees.

Conduct and Behaviour:
* You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by yourself or your guests at the Event.
* You must ensure that you and your guests behave in an orderly manner.
* Entry may be refused, or attendees may be evicted, if they behave in an intoxicated, disorderly, offensive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate manner.
* This is at the discretion of the Security Officer on Duty.

Security and Entry Conditions:
* Entry may be subject to a search of your person, possessions, or motor vehicle.
* Items such as glass, alcohol, illegal substances, or anything deemed dangerous or offensive may be confiscated.
* Refusal to consent to a search will result in denied entry without refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
