Terms and Conditions

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Only Essex Heights Primary School students may attend.
Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian. No exceptions.
Parents without a current Working With Children Check (WWCC) may not remain onsite during the event unless volunteering.
The school and organisers take all reasonable care, but are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
By purchasing a ticket, parents consent to their child being photographed during the event. Photos may be used for school communications and social media.
Any child exhibiting illness or COVID-19 symptoms must not attend.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children before sign-in and after sign-out.
Prohibited items include toys, cameras, glow swords, food, and any items not approved by organisers.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone breaching these terms.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
