1. Conditions of Entry

1.1 Proof of Identification

All participants must provide valid photographic identification prior to program commencement (e.g. driver licence or passport).
Participants are also required to present:
• Correspondence from VicRoads
• Relevant Court Order documentation
These documents will be sighted by the Consultant to confirm your identity.

1.2 Payment of Fees

Full payment of the program fee is required at the time of enrolment. A participant’s place in the program is not confirmed until payment has been received in full using a credit or debit card at the time of purchase.

1.3 Attendance and Punctuality

Participants must attend the full program and comply with all time requirements.

Online Delivery:
Participants must log into the meeting using the Webex meeting link provided by the consultant. The meeting link will be sent to you via email 24 hours prior to the session and you will receive a text advising the email has been sent.

Participants must return promptly from all scheduled breaks.

Participants who arrive more than 20 minutes late will not be admitted and will be recorded as non-attendees.

1.4 Behaviour Requirements

Participants must always behave in a respectful and appropriate manner.
Entry will be refused, or participants may be removed from the program, if they:

• Are affected by alcohol or other drugs
• Display aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour
• Pose a risk to other participants, staff, or property
Where necessary, Victoria Police may be notified.

2. Cancellation and Program Changes

2.1 Minimum Participant Numbers

Programs require a minimum of four (4) participants and will not exceed 6 participants, in line with VicRoads requirements.
If minimum numbers are not met, participants will be:

• Transferred to an alternative session

2.2 Program Cancellation by Provider
Better Health Network reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program.
In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative session to complete the program.

2.3 Participant Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled program will be offered an alternative session date and time to complete the Safe Driving Program.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the program are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided in the following circumstances:
o Non-attendance (“no shows”)
o Not staying for the entirety of the 5 hour session
o Participants who are refused entry or removed due to non-compliance with these terms

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to BHN’s cancellation policy and acknowledge that any cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled session will result in the full $840 booking fee being forfeited. Attendance at a future session will require the purchase of a new ticket at the full cost of $840.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
