GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refund/Transfer Policy
1. Please choose session dates and times carefully, as there are no refunds or transfers, except at the discretion of the Brisbane Parkour Association (BPA), and except as stipulated by paragraphs 3 and 4.
2. Please arrive on time, as latecomers will only be allowed to join the booked class/es at the discretion of BPA instructors. In consideration of both safety and the smooth running of the class, if the instructor in charge determines that the customer has arrived too late to join the class, refunds may not be given, except at the discretion of the BPA.
3. If the event is cancelled by the BPA due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders for the affected classes. Note that classes generally go ahead, even in adverse weather conditions.
4. The BPA reserves the right to refuse entry to classes, with refund provided if entry refused. Refusal of entry may be determined by either BPA instructors or other BPA members.

Conduct While Attending Classes
Any students or associates of students who are noisy, intoxicated, threatening, unruly or otherwise pose an unacceptable danger to themselves or others will be asked to leave the class and vicinity.

Booking Provider Terms
This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In agreeing to participate in Parkour, I agree as follows:

Associated Risks and Responsibility
I fully understand and acknowledge that Parkour has (a) Inherent risks, dangers, and hazards and such exists in my participation in this activity; (b) My participation in such activity may result in injury or illness including, but not limited to bodily injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that, could cause serious disability; (c) By my participation in these activities, I hereby assume all risks and dangers and all responsibility for any losses and/or damages.

I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Australian Parkour Association Inc. and all its members from any and all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of participation in this activity. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future.

Photography
I understand that, from time to time, classes and events may be filmed, photographed or otherwise recorded for training, promotional or safety purposes. If I do not wish to be filmed, photographed or recorded, my guardian or I will alert an APA staff member at the time of the event.

Illegitimate Activities
I understand that the Australian Parkour Association does not condone the irresponsible use of Parkour or related disciplines in dangerous or illegal activities which include roof jumping or trespassing.

Pre-existing Medical Conditions and Injuries
I understand that I am responsible for informing my instructors of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect my ability to participate in training. I understand that if during the course of my training I develop any medical conditions or injuries that I will inform my instructor about them.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
