BAD GIRL WEEKENDER 2025 - TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for being a part of the Bad Girl Weekender 2025! Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below, which are designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to the following terms:

Refunds and Transfers
No Refunds: Tickets are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Discounted, Early Bird, and Won Tickets:
Tickets purchased at a discounted rate, early bird passes, or tickets won through competitions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

IMPORTANT: These tickets cannot be transferred to another person or a future event.
Standard Ticket Transfers:

Transfer requests must be made via email no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.
An administrative fee of $30 applies and must be paid at the time of the transfer.

Future Event Transfers:
Standard passes may be transferred to Bad Girl Weekender 2026.
Transfer requests must be made via email no later than 4 weeks prior to the event.
An administrative fee of $40 applies and must be paid at the time of the transfer.

Schedules and Artist Attendance
All schedules, workshops, and artist lineups are subject to change at any time. While we aim to provide the advertised experience, unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments.

Wristbands
Wristbands are your entry pass to the Bad Girl Weekender 2025 and must be handled with care.

Wristband Usage:
Wristbands must be securely worn on your wrist at all times during the event.
Anyone found without a wristband will be asked to leave the event immediately.

Wristband Replacement:
If your wristband is damaged, you must present the broken wristband to obtain a replacement.

A replacement fee of $40 will apply at the time of replacement.
Lost Wristbands: Lost wristbands will not be replaced. If you lose your wristband, you will need to purchase a new pass to attend the event.

Non-Transferable Policy:
Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable at the event.
Do not remove, stretch, or tamper with your wristband, as doing so will void your access to the event.
No Exceptions:
There are absolutely no exceptions to this wristband policy.

Use of Your Image
By attending Bad Girl Weekender 2025, you grant us permission to film and photograph event activities, which may include workshops, classes, rehearsals, shows, parties, and other gatherings.

By attending, you agree to the unrestricted use of your image in promotional materials.
These materials may be printed or digital and include (but are not limited to):
Websites
Social media platforms
Flyers and banners
Videos
If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, it is your responsibility to avoid cameras or notify event staff at the time.
