1. Please note tickets to I CAN Expo 2025 are non-refundable.

2. Tickets can only be purchased by the following audiences:
- School supervisors on behalf of the teachers/support staff and students at their school;
- School teachers/support staff from schools outside the I CAN School Program;
- Parents/carers of I CAN Online mentees;
- Parents/carers;
- Autistic young people aged 18 and over;
(Please note a separate Eventbrite link is available to I CAN staff and I CAN Expo 2025 Sponsor staff to book their tickets).

3. Tickets must not be purchased outright by persons under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, your ticket is void. Only supervising parents/carers and school staff can purchase tickets on behalf of autistic young people under the age of 18.

4. If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of your school for the school's teachers/support staff and I CAN students, you agree to provide I CAN with a list of students from whom the school has received parental consent to participate in I CAN Expo 2025, for the purpose of facilitating name tags for students, informing dietary needs catering and ensuring images taken at I CAN Expo 2025 only depict young people with parental consent to be in I CAN Expo 2025 images.

5. If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of school students or your young person under 18, you agree that they will be accompanied by their supervising parent/carer or school teachers/support staff member at all times during the I CAN Expo 2025 event.

6. By attending I CAN Expo 2025 you agree to promote and protect the best interests of young people at I CAN Expo 2025, ensuring that your attendance contributes to a safe environment for young people, free from any form of harm and abuse in line with the I CAN Child Safety Policy: https://icannetwork.online/wp-content/uploads/2024/08/I-CAN-Child-Safety-Policy-August-2024.pdf.

7. You also agree to inform us at Registration if you and/or your accompanying young person do not consent to being in photographs and video footage taken at I CAN Expo 2025. If you inform us of this, you also agree to have a green dot on yours and/or your young person's name tag to ensure I CAN photographers do not take photographs with you and/or your young person it it and I CAN videographers edit out yours and/or your young person's image should you and/or your young person appear in the background of video footage captured by the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre Audio Visual Crew.
