In consideration of and as a condition of my acceptance of the offer by Serenity in the Stadium, Read the Play Inc, Active Geelong and its contractors to enter and participate in the Serenity in the Stadium (“the Event”) I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive all and any right, claim or cause of action of whatsoever nature which I or they may otherwise have arising out of any loss, injury or damage of whatsoever nature I or they may sustain as a result of or arising out of my entry or participation in the Event.

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have trained for the Event and that my fitness and ability to complete the Event has been verified by a medical practitioner.

I acknowledge I have read and agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of this event (as set out at Serenity in the Stadium).
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during the Event. I also agree that any event staff or medical personnel may, at their discretion, assist or remove me from the class if I appear to be in distress or unable to continue safely.

I hereby agree that if the Event or any part is cancelled due to inclement seas, weather, rain, wind, storm or other ‘Act of God’ my enrolment fee shall be non-refundable.

I hereby acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my own safety and personal possessions and athletic equipment during the Event and its related activities. Serenity in the Stadium, Read the Play Inc and its contractors or any other sponsor of this Event, or any of their agents and servants, shall have no liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring to me or any items of clothing, footwear, jewellery or other personal effects placed in the custody of the organisers by competitors during the conduct of the Event.

I hereby permit free use by Serenity in the Stadium, Read the Play Inc, Active Geelong and its contractors or any sponsor of the event of my name, email, and any data collected. In addition, any images taken can be used in broadcasts, telecasts and the press and in future promotional material as they pertain to this and future events or campaigns. By accepting the waiver, I understand I am opting in to receive email communication from Serenity in the Stadium and Read the Play Inc.

I confirm I am or will be on the date of the Event over 18 years of age, or if not, that I have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in the Event. As a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18, I understand they must be 12 years of age or older to participate in the event and accompanied by an adult if under 16 years of age.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
