1. Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organiser.
Tickets may be transferred to another guest by notifying the organiser in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.
2. Event Details
The Best in Business Awards Night will be held on 1 November 2025 at Gladstone Entertainment Convention Centre.
The event includes a three-course meal, five-hour drinks package, live entertainment, and award presentations.
3. Dietary Requirements
Guests with specific dietary requirements must notify the organiser by Sunday, 13 October 2025.
While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, requests received after this date may not be able to be catered for.
4. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the event.
GCCI reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who is disruptive or poses a risk to others.
5. Photography and Media
By attending, guests consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used for promotional purposes by GCCI and sponsors.
6. Communications
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the event by email from the Event Organiser.
