Refunds: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the session cannot be refunded.

Weather/Environmental Cancellations: If a Bendigo Sailability session needs to be cancelled by the organiser (e.g. due to extreme heat, low lake water levels, or other safety concerns), we will aim to reschedule the session to the following Wednesday (the second Wednesday of the month). If you're unable to attend the rescheduled session, a full refund will be issued.

Notice of Cancellation: Decisions about cancellations will be made by the Monday before each session, to ensure at least 2 days’ notice is provided.
