We understand that life with little ones can be beautifully unpredictable. While we hope you and your child will be able to join us for a peaceful day of connection and calm, here’s what you need to know when it comes to bookings:
All bookings are non-refundable, but we know things happen — if you can’t make it, you are very welcome to gift your space to another mama and child. Just let us know their names in advance so we can give them a warm welcome.
Exceptional Circumstances: If something unforeseen and serious comes up, please reach out. We review these situations with care and compassion on a case-by-case basis. While we can’t promise a refund, we promise to consider each request thoughtfully.
Weather & Cancellations by the Organiser
As our retreats often take place in natural settings, the weather plays an important role in the experience.
In the event of poor weather, we may need to cancel or relocate the retreat. If this happens, we’ll do our very best to inform you as early as possible.
Should a cancellation be necessary:
We may move to an alternative indoor or sheltered location, if available.
If rescheduling is the best option, we’ll offer you a chance to attend the retreat on a future date.
If neither option suits, a full refund will be offered — but only in the case that the cancellation is made by us, the event organiser or the venue host.
We genuinely look forward to spending this special time with you and your little one. Thank you for understanding the care and coordination that goes into making each retreat meaningful and magical.
