1. Event Organiser & Hosts
Event Creator & Host: Sam Ali, on behalf of Local Traffic Digital Marketing (LTDM)

Presented By: Alchemy Events Co. & Sam Ali

Venue Presence: Sam Ali will be on-site throughout the entire event, accompanied by his LTDM team and business partners.

Entertainment Partner: Applause Entertainment (providing roving dancers, showgirls, and other performers)

2. Admission & Ticketing
Age Restriction: Tamasha is strictly an 18+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) is required at entry.

Dress Code: Smart Formal only. Guests in casual or streetwear will be refused entry at the door without refund.

Ticket Types:

Female Ticket (A$ 19.95)

Couples Ticket (A$ 39.95) – admits two people

Stag Ticket (A$ 49.95)

No Refunds / No Exchanges: All ticket sales are final. In the event of cancellation by the Organiser, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Ticket Transfer: Tickets are transferable only if the Organiser is notified in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

Misconduct Clause (Stag Ticket Only): Any misconduct or breach of venue rules by a Stag ticket–holder will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

3. Event Conduct & Code of Behavior
Peaceful Environment: Tamasha is designed as a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive experience for all attendees. Any form of harassment, discrimination, physical aggression, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Immediate Removal: Guests exhibiting misconduct—such as violence, harassment, vandalism, intoxication beyond acceptable limits, or non-compliance with venue/staff instructions—will be removed from the premises immediately without refund.

Zero Tolerance for Illegal Activity: Possession of illicit substances, weapons, or involvement in any unlawful behavior will result in immediate ejection and notification to law enforcement.

Respect for Performers & Staff:

All showgirls, dancers, and entertainers provided by Applause Entertainment must be treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Unwanted physical contact, verbal abuse, or any form of disrespect toward performers or venue staff will lead to immediate removal from the event.

Venue Rules: In addition to these Terms & Conditions, guests must comply with all Pawn & Co. venue policies (including fire exits, capacity limits, and seating arrangements).

4. Photo & Video Release
Consent to Be Filmed: By entering the event, attendees grant permission for Sam Ali, LTDM, Alchemy Events Co., and their representatives to photograph, record, and use images, video, or audio of the event for promotional purposes—including but not limited to social media, websites, and future marketing materials—without compensation or additional notice.

Opt-Out Procedure: If you do not wish to appear in promotional media, please notify a staff member at the door; alternate seating/standing areas will be offered when possible.

5. Liability & Safety
Personal Responsibility: All attendees participate at their own risk. The Organiser, venue (Pawn & Co.), Alchemy Events Co., LTDM, and Applause Entertainment are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property before, during, or after the event.

Health & Safety:

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are in good health and have no condition that would be aggravated by attending Tamasha.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone exhibiting visible signs of intoxication, illness, or behavior that endangers themselves or others.

Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of God) that require cancellation or rescheduling, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds or credits toward a future date/event will be offered at the Organiser’s discretion.

6. Privacy & Personal Data
Data Collection: When purchasing tickets through TryBooking, you consent to the collection of personal information (name, email, phone number). This information will be used to:

Deliver Your Ticket: Send e-tickets and entry confirmations via email or SMS.

Future Promotions: Provide you with updates on Tamasha (reminders, lineup changes) and send occasional marketing communications about upcoming events or related promotions from Sam Ali, LTDM, and Alchemy Events Co.

Third-Party Sharing: Your data will not be sold or rented to third parties, except to the extent necessary for event logistics (e.g., venue security, payment processors).

Opt-Out for Marketing: If you do not wish to receive promotional materials, please reply “Unsubscribe” to any marketing email or contact us directly at info@ltdm.com.au. You may still receive essential event information (ticket delivery, entry updates) until after the event is concluded.

7. Changes & Amendments
Right to Modify: Sam Ali and LTDM reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email and posted on the official event page at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Seating & Lineup Changes: While every effort will be made to present the advertised lineup and performer schedule, last-minute changes may occur. In such cases, refunds will only be provided if the change significantly alters the advertised experience (as determined by the Organiser).
