Terms & Conditions – TPA Holiday Workshops
By proceeding with this booking, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that Tanya Pearson Academy (TPA), to the fullest extent permitted by law, excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in any way connected to my child’s attendance at the TPA Workshops. This includes, without limitation, claims relating to personal injury or the use and publication of workshop photographs.

I consent to submitting full payment prior to the workshop via credit card or PayPal through TryBooking.

I acknowledge that no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation, except in cases of medical reasons. A full refund will be issued if written notice is provided to management@tanyapearsonacademy.com.au at least 5 days prior to the workshop start date. If the workshop has already commenced, students may be eligible for a credit towards future workshops, subject to management approval. In all cases, a medical certificate from a qualified doctor is required.

I accept that TPA reserves the right to refuse admission to any person who poses a disciplinary problem or a risk to the safety and well-being of other students. Unacceptable language or bullying will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

I acknowledge that my personal information will be handled in accordance with privacy legislation. Credit card details are not stored by TPA.

I consent to TPA taking photographs, video, and other recordings of my child for promotional purposes.
If I do not wish for my child to be photographed or filmed, I will notify management in writing at:

I understand that TPA may amend the timetable or studio allocations at any time in response to enrolment numbers and class needs.

I accept that TPA may reassign students to different age groups at their discretion. While friendship groups are considered, placement will prioritise suitability and safety.

I agree to ensure my child is collected no later than 4:00 PM each day from the TPA studios.

I understand that no formal feedback or assessment will be provided at the end of the workshop unless an audition or assessment has been pre-arranged with a completed form submitted.

The TPA Winter Holiday Workshop is non-selective and welcomes students from all dance schools.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
