Enrolment Conditions
1. If, in the opinion of any member of staff, the enrolled child displays threatening or dangerous behaviour to another child, themselves or any member of staff, the Parent / Guardian will be called immediately and the child may be asked to leave
the session.
2. The Parent / Guardian acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the Parent / Guardian to inform the facilitator and / or the teacher of any health concerns/allergies of any kind of the child prior to the beginning of the session.
3. Due to the location and nature of our sessions, the weather has the potential to impact participants’ safety. I recognise that Flourish Children’s Collective reserves the right to cancel/implement alternative activities in the event of inclement and undesirable weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Waiver of Liability
Participation in the activities in the Flourish Holiday Program carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, and range from minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains to major injuries as well as paralysis and death. I acknowledge and accept the risks involved in the activities conducted at Flourish Children's Collective. These risks or dangers may be caused by other participants, or by accidents, or by forces of nature or other causes.

By purchasing a ticket, you release, waive, and fully discharge Flourish Children’s Collective from any and all claims, demands, obligations and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever arising from or connected, directly or indirectly, with my child’s participation in the Flourish Holiday Program due to any cause whatsoever and I accept that this release covers and includes, but is not limited to, all unknown and unforeseen claims, injuries, damages and losses, and any consequences thereof. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds my heirs, executors, personal representative and assigns.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
