Ticket Refund & Returns Policy
All ticket sales are final. We kindly ask that you double-check your availability before purchasing.

However, we understand that life happens! Please review the following options:

Ticket Transfers

You may transfer your ticket to another person if you can no longer attend.
Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the event via email.
Please include the full name and email of the new ticket holder.

Refunds

Refunds are not available for change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
In the unlikely event that the weekender is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions), all ticket holders will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

Event Changes

The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary. Any major changes will be communicated as early as possible.
