Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions, as they outline the
rules and guidelines for participation in our workshops.
Registration and Payment
1. Registration: Participants must register for the workshop via our
booking link. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-
served basis.
2. Payment: The cost is per person, which includes all materials and
supplies. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a
spot.
Cancellations and Refunds
1. Cancellations by Participants: If a participant needs to cancel, please
notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop date for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a
refund.
2. Cancellations by Organiser: In the unlikely event that the workshop is
cancelled by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.
Attendance and Participation
1. Age Requirement: Some of our workshops may include complimentary
alcoholic beverages or operate on a BYO (bring your own) basis. For these
specific sessions, all participants must be aged 18 years or over.
Health and Safety
1. Allergies and Special Needs: Please inform us of any allergies, medical
conditions, or special needs you may have at the time of registration.
2. Safety: We prioritize the safety of all participants. Participants are
expected to follow instructions and behave respectfully towards instructors
and fellow participants.
Materials and Personal Belongings
1. Supplies: All necessary materials and supplies for the art projects will
be provided.
2. Personal Belongings: The workshop organiser is not and con not be
held responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
Conduct and Behaviour
1. Respectful Environment: We aim to create a fun and respectful
environment. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the
instructors may result in the participant being asked to leave the workshop
without a refund.
2. Participation: All participants are expected to participate fully in the
activities and respect the creative process of their peers.
3. Alcohol Consumption: Pillars & Stone reserves the right to limit the
number of servings per participant if deemed necessary for the safety and
well-being of all attendees.
4. Designated Driver: Pillars & Stone encourages all participants who plan
to consume alcohol during the event to arrange for a designated driver or
alternative transportation. Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited,
and participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety
of others. Pillars & Stone cannot be held responsible for participants who
drive under the influence.
Photography and Social Media
1. Photography: Photos and videos may be taken during the workshop for
promotional purposes. By registering, you consent to your image being used
in marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform
us in writing before the workshop.
2. Social Media Policy: Participants are welcome to share their experience
of the event on social media platforms. However, we kindly request that
attendees respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from posting
content that may compromise their confidentiality or anonymity. Any shared
content should align with Pillars & Stone's values and objectives.
Liability
1. Waiver of Liability: By registering for the workshop, you agree that
Pillars & Stone, its instructors, and staff are not responsible for any injury,
loss, or damage that may occur during the workshop.
2. Medical Emergency: In the event of a medical emergency, we will
contact the emergency services immediately.
Agreement
1. Acceptance: By completing the registration process and attending the
workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to
abide by these Terms and Conditions.
